A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to book your session or wedding date. Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in your invoice.
One reschedule may be allowed depending on availability. Retainers are non-refundable but may transfer to a new date if approved. Please provide as much notice as possible for any changes.
Portrait galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–10 weeks depending on season volume.
All images are professionally edited in the LK Daniel Photography style. RAW/unedited images are not delivered.
LK Daniel Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing.
Images may be shared online, but may not be heavily edited or altered. Credit to LK Daniel Photography is always appreciated.
Unless requested otherwise in writing, LK Daniel Photography may use images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.
A smooth timeline and cooperation from guests and vendors help ensure the best experience and coverage on your wedding day.
Newborn sessions are baby-led and include time for feeding, soothing, and breaks to keep baby safe and comfortable.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the local area.
Due to the custom nature of photography services, payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.
LK Daniel Photography is not responsible for circumstances outside of control including weather, illness, emergencies, or venue restrictions.
